NTT, one of Japan's main mobile provider, has released its very own tablet, the Hikari iFrame, which we talked about last year. This little Android 2.1 device features: a 7-inch touchscreen (800×480), Wi-Fi IEEE802.11b/g, USB port, SD card slot, internal speakers, and digital picture frame/alarm clock function functions.
