While Toshiba had only recently released the Adobe Flash 10.1 Mobile plugin for its Android tablet, the Toshiba Folio 100, problems with the plugin may be the source of the high return rates that is plaguing the Android tablet. In Europe, where the Folio 100 is offered on sale, retailers Dixon, Currys, and PC World have all stopped selling the tablet; Dixon's had even hiked the price of the £329 tablet to £999 in order "to prevent further sales," according to the retailer's internal computer system. For its part, Toshiba is aware of issues surrounding the Folio 100 and is working on providing a fix.
